Your phone calls, emails, text messages and Facebook communications are all very important to us. Heather, Jordan and I, Dr. Silver, will do our best to return communications in a timely manner. If you leave a message Monday through Friday during regular business hours you may expect a return call, email, or message by the end of the work day or the following morning. If you leave a message Monday through Friday after our normal business hours you can expect a call back the following day. If you leave a message on Saturday or Sunday you may expect a return call, email or message by Monday or Tuesday of the following week. If you left a message and we have failed to return your call in a timely manner please call us back as there may have been a technology or human malfunction. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to treating your pets!
We can only see 4-8 appointments per day so please keep this in mind while you are scheduling or canceling an appointment. We try our best to fit everyone in who needs to be seen. That being said we have a strict cancellation policy in order to meet the appointment needs of all our clients. If you are going to cancel please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We request this so we have time to call other clients who may have a sick pet that would benefit from being seen sooner rather than later. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be assessed a fixed fee of $100. If we were scheduled for more than 1 hour due to seeing multiple pets or conducting a surgery at your location then you will be assessed a fee of $100 per scheduled hour in addition to the fixed $100 fee. Unforeseen circumstances will be taken into consideration and will be dealt with on an individual basis.
All payments for services rendered will be due at the time of service before we leave your location. We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. We also accept CareCredit, which is a credit card that allows for 0% interest financing for 6 months on purchases over $200. If you fail to pay your invoice in full we reserve the right to bill you monthly for 90 days, after which time the bill will be sent to collections.
We abide by the Civil Rights Act and will not deny service based on a person's race, color, religion, national origin, disability or sexual orientation. That being said to ensure our safety and the longevity of the business we reserve the right to deny service to anyone.
